How can i apply my default domain policy if the laptop is out on site?

What i am trying to do is figure out a way to apply the Default Domain Policy even if the laptop is not in the office. Is there a way to enable the computer have a copy of the policy on it so if it cannot connect to the DC it applies the cached policy until it can connect to the DC again?
