How can I change Default Email in IE7 using MS Vista?

How can I change the default email program in IE7 using MS Vista? My email program (Juno) is not listed as an option in any of the “default” settings. Juno used to open in IE 7 with MS XP when I clicked on an email link, or clicked on “send page” or “send link”.
