How can i connect to the internet via wireless connection?

Please am having problem with my laptop connecting to the internet through wireless network, my wireless is connecting to the network but it is saying no internet access. while others in my office are using the same wireless network to browse. i tried using the windows diagnostic utility but it told me it couldn’t detect the error.
please what can i do.
