How can I download all of the NASA thumbnails that were featured in email?

I would like to know of a bulk download method for all of the NASA space images recently featured in a T/R email. Currently, to save them all, I have to click on each thumbnail and select “Save As…” which is very tedious. I have Windows 7, if that matters. Thank You.
