How can I export all contents of an Exchange 2010 SP1 mailbox?

our eDiscovery requirements for mailbox preservation is a user’s entire mailbox, including calendar. We could with Ex2003/Exmerge, but with the New-MailboxExportImportRequest, we don’t get calendar items. Is there another cmdlet in addition to the MailboxExport… to export the calendar and/or a tool that can export/collect the entire contents a mailbox?
We’ve tested Journaling & Litigation Hold on a couple active mailboxes, but it still doesn’t fully satisfy our Legal folks requirements when they have to search/cull emails for legal proceedings. When we implement Litigation Hold and view the results, it doesn’t display “modified” date which is important to validate. I’ve researched MS, blogs & tech spt postings and most of the discussion is related to a different version and/or not ediscovery requirements.
