How can I get Bios password for my Dell Inspiron mini 10

i loss the BIOS password for my Dell Inspiron mini 10 since 2010. till now I am unable to use the laptop. It displays System Disabled code: (07291) with Service Tag: (74D83L1) I will so much appreciate any help that can enable me reuse my laptop Thanks
