I have had this problem since July.
I have bought a new mouse. I have Internet Explorer and Firefox and it happens on both whilst navigating web pages. Some days it happens only once others several timnes in quick succession. I have tried changing the mouse settings and none of the key board commands work. I have to reboot. The other day it crashed completely and would not reboot so I started it from the black screen and did a system restore. I cannot restore to June – when I didn’t have the problem – or at least I don’t know how to go back that far.
I work for myself and a lot of my work is one on the internet so you can imagine my frustration.
I have also checked for viruses etc and also run Spybot regularly.
Any suggestions would be very welcome.
