How can I set up POP accounts on my android galaxy 2 s?

I ave a new replacement galaxy 2s. at the same time, our server at work was updated. Now when I try to install the email on the exchange server, it all goes through fine, and then gives me an error message tht the server can’t connect due to security error. I have deleted and tried numerous time all with the same error.

Additionally, I have a POP email that I want to set on my android. The only choices I have for a new email is to use the exchange server setting. Where can I find out how to set up a new account. I have gmail., hotmail. and capabilities.com and I would like to have all 3 on my phone plus the exchange server account
