how can I solve the Kindle app black screen problem?

I have downloaded the PC version of the Kindle app for my PC and installed it. After installing it when I try to run it, the app shuts down within 10 to 20 seconds. I also tried reinstalling it after reinstalling it is showing a black screen and closes automatically.
