How can I toggle and maintain the values

Managed to create a VB script to toggle the enable and disable DNS configuraion in TCP/IP properties in Windows environment, but was not able to keep the values in the DNS, ie. host, domain… My primary aim is to enable and disable DNS by clicking on icons. Thanks!
