How can I use my Palm Pilot with windows 7?

I have an old & loved palm that I do not want to give up. However, I bought anew laptop w/windows 7 and discovered that windows 7 does not support the Palm product.
Any way I can download the palm software so that I can use it on my new laptop? Thanks anyone for help!
