how can we link data on the table to the form using ms access

I am creating a table for our unit Analysis. And i also want to create a form relevant to the table. I am having this problem in like trying to update the analysis by filling the form and automatically the analysis on the table, I want the company name to be sorted in alphabetical order….

Please can anyone help me with this???
