how do i add u2lcom functions to crystal reports

i have a crystal report made on another machine with CR v11 and when i run it on my machine which has crystal report v11 proffesional it gives me the following error “UFL ‘u2lcom.dll’ that implements this function is missing. i have the u2lcom.dll file in the following paths C:\Program Files\Common Files\Business Objects\2.7\Bin
and C:\Program Files\Common Files\Business Objects\3.0\bin. i also copied it to C:\Program Files\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11\win32_x86

the report has some barcoding functionality in it and its is not opening at all.

Please help
