How do I change acpi settings in bios when there is no power management opt

My hard drive crashed and I put in a brand new one with no software. There is no optical drive so I am booting via USB. When trying to install windows it goes to the load up screen and then get a blue screen with an error saying there is a problem with my acpi settings. My laptop is a Dell inspiron 15 series.
