How do I download from TechRepublic?

I am unable to download from the TechRepublic site.

I am using Firefox 2.0.0.7 with cookies, popups, java and java script enabled.

When I get to a download page, my options are:
Email this page
Related Content
Remember this item

I believe there should be a popup button to start the download.

What am I missing??
