How do I download “Windows 8: Prerelease Primer”?

When I click on the link for the download, it sends me to another page for the download, when I click that download, it goes back to the original page. Result: no download. I have even tried signing up for “TechReupblic Pro,” with a $99 yearly fee. David Smith, davidlsmith@pol.net
