How do I edit the Add-Ins in Excel 2007

I created several custom toolbars in Excel 2003. When we “upgraded” to Excel 2007, I imported my Excel 2003 toolbars into the Excel 2007 Add-Ins Ribbon, but I don’t know how to add, edit and delete them.
