How do I enable “transfer files” on tightvnc or realvnc

Hi,
I’m trying to gain control over my iPhone 4 from my win7 pc. I’ve installed both realvnc and tightvnc’ but with both application I fail to find a way to activate the file transfer option.
How can it be done?
