How do I export Issues from the Active Directory Snapshot Tool 5.0?

I ran a check on our forest and domains using the Active Directory Snapshot Tool v5.0. I’m trying to export the issues to a spreadsheet, or flat file, web page but I can’t seem to find that option anywhere. I see a Save option, but I don’t know where the “save” takes place nor what kind of file format is being used.
If any of you guys have an insight on how to accomplish it, I would greatly appreciate it.
