How do I get rid of this infection?

Ey guys

I have got a pc that s infected by malware. I’ve got two problems:
1: All search results are redirected to ads and other crap.
2: Components of mulitple anitvirus systems are not responding or cannot be started.

I’ve tried Avira, Avast and AVG. All of these do not respond and their components cannot be succesfully started, so I cannot detect nor remove the malware.
