When my 4.10 server boots up how do I get it to automatically lock the file server console. (Require a password to access the console.)
The server is located in the middle of an office and I want to have the console locked when it reboots to keepusers out of it. We have the Compaq Automatic System Recovery agent loaded that automatically reboot the server if it locks up.
I think the backup is causing the lock ups but I have not isolated the cause. The message from the Compaq Insight agent is:
Abend: Page Fault
Running Process: FS Main 07c80010
Code executing in module THREADS.NLM v4.11o at offset +14231h.
We have the Arcserve Push agent loaded on the server for backup. The ASR occurs an average of once a week.
Any help on the above would be appreciated but the main problem is the console does not lock when it reboots. I can go in manually and lock the console. I have reset the bindery supervisor password so I just have to hit enter twice to lock the console.
