How do I mark flagged email message subjects in Outlook

How can I mark message subjects with color when I flag them? Setting the flag alone doesn’t make them stand out enough so I like to change the subject color to red and also make them bold or unread.

I used to be able to do this but I’ve forgotten how I managed that.
