How do I open this application now (.exe)?

Some time ago I wanted to hide an application, an .exe; so I renamed it with .pdf which also changed the association etc…

Now, I’m trying to access it again, but even when I remove the .pdf from the name, the pdf file association still shows (icon) and when I click on the app the pdf reader opens.

I’m not sure what I’m missing here to open this application again, so any suggestions on how to restore the native application would be very appreciated!

OS=Win 7×64; restoring is not an option nor is downloading the app again.
