How do I print full width of web page?

Does Windows XP, or IE 6 provide any setting that will allow full width of web page to print in portrait orientation? Right side of page always cut off and that side of the page frequently contains critical information like totals being charged to my credit card, Order number, … you get the picture. Even if only text, I want it all. If Op sys or browser does not do the job, does a 3rd party work-around exist? If not, how do we get Microsoft to fix the problem? It seems to me that the browser should automatically resize the page being sent to the printer so the full width is imaged on the printer.
