How do I “really” get in touch with Microsoft?

Background. I suspect that when I “use” Bing that a third party is monitoring my activity. My primary Browser is Mozilla FF. I tend to use Google as my primary search engine. However, I find at times Bing does a better job with their street/aerial views. It seem lately that every time I use Bing or Choose a Bing view through Virtual Globetrotting my spam catcher receives 2 or 3 invitations to chat via a Windows Live Session. I don’t know these people and it is annoying. I never contact these people and their email gets plonked anyway. But I am just “Curious Yellow”.
