How do you reinstall RAS?

Remote access connection mgr. failed to start because it could not find one or more communication dlls. If the problem persists reinstall RAS. How do you reinstall RAS? It’s not in the Add/remove programs or Add/remove NT components. The KB wasn’t much help – all I found was articles that said to reinstall RAS but didn’t say how this could be done.
