How properly using “aryson vmdk recovery “

Dear all,
I have accidentally deleted my .vmdk file from VMware tools.
Then I have restored some files. I put them into a zip folder of 69Mo.
Files seems corrupted so I want to recover its.
Luckily thank’s to aryson vmdk recovery tool, I think it can be a way to do this because when I put .vdmk file the press next then advance scan..4 big size items were found on volume list.
But when I make the scan, the tool had found nothing so you can help me to resolve this issue ?
