How to boot to separate drive with easy BCD?

I recent install snow leopard onto a second HDD, it works great but Im having trouble booting to it with both HDD’s in the laptop. Ive tried using easy BCD in windows but when i try and boot to it i get the apple simple and a continual load circle that stops. Am I doing something wrong or is there and easier way?
