How to burn DVD (VOB, BUP, IFO files)?

Good afternoon guys,

I just uncompressed e movie that was in rar format but when I open the folder I see the ripped DVD files VOB, IFO, BUP files. How I manage to burn properly the DVD in order to play my movie?
