How to change multiple Outlook contacts email address

A company gets bought out and many of my contacts email addresses get changed (50+). Is there an easy way to change these email addresses in Outlook 2007 without having to edit each contact individually? Example: change many.names@oldcompany.com to many.names@newcompany.com.
