How to Configure FTP on NetWare 5.1

My company recently moved to NetWare 5.1 and we are required to open an FTP service for one of the agencies on the same server. The problem is I could not find any documentation on Installing, Setting up and Configuring FTP Services on NetWare 5.1.I found an article based on NetWare 5 in Tech Republic but I couldn’t find documentation on NetWare 5.1 either on Novell’s or your site. Please help!
