by sajids007 . Updated 15 years ago

I try my best but not succeed
My problem is to connect hard-drive to my network through Linksys router.
(Wireless-N Home Router – WRT 120N)
I have Verbatim MediaStation Pro Wireless Network Multimedia Hard Drive – 1TB
Connectivity Interfaces:
LAN (10/100Mbps)
My system is winXP sp3
I want to connect it by Ethernet cable and i try it. it is showing hard-drive is there on my network by software Network Magic 4.9 but how to access to hard-drive from my computer, I try \\192.168.0.0\drive name (with router Ip & name)
is there any software to install or any setting in my hard-drive to do. even i put ip address in my hard-drive but not connecting. please help me to solve my problem.
i don’t want to connect by USB port
I want to connect by LAN to use long wire to other room.
