how to convert ripped dvd files to avi

hi, I have a VIDEO_TS folder containing
VIDEO_TS.BUP
VIDEO_TS.IFO
VIDEO_TS.VOB files. I need to convert this to .AVI
format but I do not know how… I would appreciate if you can advise about how to convert this folder of files and suggest programs I could use.
