How to copy emails, address book, and IE/Firefox bookmarks?

My desktop hdd crashed. Utilizing the “freezer trick,” I was able to copy all personal files onto my laptop, with the crashed hdd acting as an external drive. Since the crashed drive won’t boot, I cannot “export” Outlook emails, address book, or bookmarks. What file extensions should I search for in order to copy Outlook emails, address book, and IE/Firefox bookmarks onto the laptop? Thanks very much!
