How to copy Encrypted file from windows 7 to aRemovable (FAT/FAT32) Drive ?

I am unable to copy Encrypted file from Windows 7 to a Removable FAT/FAT32 file system drive. It copied after Decryption.
Is this possible with encryption and without third party Software help ?
Please help me.
