how to copy Outlook 2007 Master category list to another computer

as most of you may already know that Outlook 2007 Master category list can not be easily copied to another computer like outlook 2003, which causes inconvinience in a business enviroment. what i would like to do is to build a Macro that will dlete existing categories and create a new list of catogories in the master category list. trouble is i’m pretty lousy at coding. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
