how to create a Biomeric LAP in a windows mobile?

i am creating an application to which i would like to add biometric authentication in windows mobile 6.5..the smartphone i am using is LG EXPO which has a inbuilt fingerprint reader…could someone help me create a custom biometric lap to integrate it into my application???
