how to disable drive access?

Hi,

i have large network called “tonubg” domain. me or anyone can access any domain computer c:\, d:\ or e:\ drive if he wrote browser : \\192.168.0.10\d$ or e$ or f$

then expert user can access those drives.

now i want to know, how it’s possible for me to disable access any drive when they wrote that type of address in explorer.

please give me the solution ASAP.
