HOW TO DISABLE HHD PASSWORD

i bought my laptop 2 weeks ago( acer aspire 6930g), but i stupidly set a hhd password, and now it ask me for it everytime before my laptop boot . i know the password but i just want to disable it because it is annoying . can you help me please?
