How to disable opportunistic Locking in

I would like to know the exaxt entry I need to put in the Windows NT 4.0 Registry to disable opportunistic locking. Here’s where it goes in the registry and I’ve also included the link to Microsoft’s support KB that tries to explain it. Thanks!
