How to enter Inet1.OpenURL code

I am using Visual studeo 2005. I can not get the Inet1.OpenURL function to work. I am using visual basic code. I would like to add a button to a form that opens Microsofts site. For example Inet1.OpenURL(“ftp://ftp.microsoft.com”, I am not declairing the vairables correctly, or not entering the code correctly. Can someone give me the right code for this problem?
