How to find the processor speed in Win9x

I need a quick way to find out the processor speed of a PC without going into the BIOS. In Windows 9x, the System Info utility does not give me this information – it only shows the type of processor (Pentium) but not the speed.
Where is this info kept? A .dll? In the registry? I can’t find it! Help!
