How to generate a security settings report from IE/Firefox

I need to check and cross-ref user/profile configuration, security settings for both IE and Firefox.

Instead of having to browse in IE to Tools/Options check “security”,”Connections” etc and cross ref my system with someone else’s is there a way to print all that out?

Without have to download third party apps like “lookinmypc”, Karen etc.

Any help is appreciated.
