How to Get Over VHD Corruption

Being a developer I was using virtual system to test a new developed software in different operating system but due to network failure, virtual system got failed and virtual hard disk got corrupted.

Problem is that I forgot to take backup of vhd and now it is really frustrating ..how I get all the data back???? because it was very important . It has very important files regarding new software ….

Please drag me out of this horrible situation by suggesting most suitable solution…
