How to get Safari Internet browser on Windows to view PDF files?

The safari Internet browser I installed on my Windows 7 systems won’t read PDF file. One comes up with an error “There was an error opening this document. This file cannot be found.” while the other “The Adobe Acrobat/Reader that is running can not be used to view PDF files in a Web Browser.”. How can I fix it?
