How to import Mac Mac Thunderbird into Outlook 2010???

How can I export Mac Thunderbird mailbox data to Outlook 2010 in windows system?

Actually I have 15000plus emails in thunderbird and its an Imap account, But the problem is that when I login in outlook 2010 its taking long to synchronize the emails and sometimes I recieve the message that sync failed. Please suggest me some other way so that I can export all the data from mac thunderbird to outlook 2010 in a quick manner.
