How to install certificates silently?

Does anyone know the command line to install certificates (.CRT, P7B, etc) into the Trusted Root Authority (Local Computer)? IE’s Auto-Configure will not perform this on Windows 2000. I will be deploying the certificate to NT and 2000. Thanks!Arlo
