How to install Ubuntu with no bootable drive?

I want to install Ubuntu onto an old Dell Latitude laptop. The problem is the XP Pro has a User Account that the password has been altered on, there is no CD drive and it seems as if it is not possible to boot from a flash drive.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
