How to make iPhone like theme for android phone

Hello!
I am want to bild a project theme exactly similar to an iPhone Theme which I am explaining here. I need to have a tab view with the navigation view in one of the tab view and a table view in it exactly as we can build in iPhone using the interface builder. same black tab view and the blue bar of navigation view and so on. Please help me in this regard.
