How to modifying permissions in GPO of Folder in %UserProfile% ?

I have the users folder on the D Drive under D:\users\fernandes\desktop\Adobe.
I need to assign Permissions to all the users on this computer “Adobe” Folder Authenticated user Full control.

I created a GPO and under “Computer Configuration-Policies-Software Settings-Security Settings- File System” and create %UserProfile%\desktop\Adobe and assign permissions but the %Userprofile% redirects to c:\Users not d:\Users

Please advice.
